29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provided for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 3922 Oswald Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about September 21, 2023, during gutter installation activities, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to fall hazards of up to at least approximately 20 feet. b) Job site, 3922 Oswald Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about September 21, 2023, during roofing work, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to fall hazards of up to at least approximately 20 feet. AJM IKER Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1593271, citation number 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 15, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 231 Shiloh Street, Bellevue, PA.
