29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite, 108 Singletree Drive, Venetia, PA: On or about August 20, 2024, two employees were working at heights up to approximately 40 feet above the ground and were not wearing the fall protection in the required manner. The lanyards on the employees were attached to the front D ring of the harness, on the front of the employees. b) Jobsite, 108 Singletree Drive, Venetia, PA: On or about August 20, 2024, several employees were working at heights up to approximately 40 feet above the ground and were not utilizing any type of fall protection. AJM Iker Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1698956, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/8/23, with respect to a workplace located at 3922 Oswald Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212. AJM Iker Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number, 1593271, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/15/22, with respect to a workplace located at 231 Shiloh Street, Bellevue, PA 15202.
