The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided.  At the worksite at 2812 Hazel Avenue Carthage, MO: Employees were exposed to slip, trip, and fall hazards. The employer did not ensure that floor of the kitchen was maintained in a clean and dry condition without grease on the floor, particularly around the hot oil fryers, or that mats were provided as a dry standing place.
