29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about 10/03/2023 at a residential construction jobsite located at 12 Rio Vista Drive, Saint Charles, MO., employees were exposed to a struck by hazard. Employees were observed operating pneumatic nail guns without using any form of eye or face protection. D & D Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1413162, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/22/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 951 Annabrook Park Drive, O' Fallon, MO.
