29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 13693 W Amherst Pl, Lakewood, CO 80228: On October 2, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on a residential house without fall protection. The employer had fall protection in their work van but did not think it was necessary due to the low slope of the roof.
