29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) Building 93, Roof: On 10/02/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic framing nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees while engaged in framing activities using these tools at over 120 PSI.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) New residential construction at Building 93: On October 2, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 30-feet 7-inches to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR  1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a) New residential construction at building 93: On October 2, 2023 where workers were observed exposed to electrical shock hazards while performing framing operations in that the employer did not inspection the Makita 7-1/4-in. circular saw (Model 5007F) for damaged strain relief prior to allowing use on the jobsite.
