29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Worksite was located at 34 Ludlow Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ 07762  Three workers were exposed to fall hazards of two stories from the upper elevations of a new single family home under construction while framing the roof and eaves with no fall protection on.  Violation was observed on or about October 4, 2023.  b) Worksite was located at 34 Ludlow Avenue, Spring Lake, NJ 07762  One worker was exposed to fall hazards of more than two stories from the roof elevation of a new single family home under construction while sheeting the roof with no fall protection on.  Violation was observed on or about October 5, 2023.
