29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) 107 East Ocean View Dr., Long Beach Township, NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing duties while exposed to a fall hazard. Two employees were working near the edge of a 6/12 pitched roof at approximately twenty five feet above the ground. None of the employees were wearing a harness or had an alternative fall protection system. Observed on or about 11/15/23.   Blue Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1651966, citation number 2, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 09, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 161 Summit Ave, Montvale, NJ 07645  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
