29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B):  For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the working space did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels.:  a)  Maintenance Shop:  On or about October 4, 2023 and electrical panel was blocked by various pieces of equipment and obstructing the practical use of the electrical panel, exposing employees to electrical hazards and delays in gaining access during an emergency.
