29 CFR  1917.95(c): The employer did not provide well maintained emergency bathing, eye washing or other facilities where employees were exposed to hazardous substances.  a) Maintenance Facility: On or about October 4, 2023, a Bradley plumbed emergency eye wash station was not being inspected to ensure that the water lines were free of sediment and bacteria exposing employees to an eye hazard.  b) Maintenance Facility: On or about October 4, 2023, a Honeywell self-contained emergency eye wash station was not being inspected to ensure that the fluids were being maintained and that it was accessible to employees, exposing employees to an eye hazard.
