29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: At the worksite located at 415 Metallic Lane, Sedalia, Missouri: Employees were exposed to amputation hazards when operating the Edge-Sweets, model F-24 band saw. Employees cutting pads were not provided hand tools to prevent them from entering the point of operation or danger zone.
