At 4205 Tower Ln, Crowley, Texas: On or about October 11, 2023 and at times prior thereto; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw on site that had a small piece of wood wedged in the guard to hold it up exposing the rotating blade and exposing his employees to cut and lacerations hazards.
