29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage:  Maintenance Room, next to the rebuild tooling cabinet: On and/or before October 11, 2023, the employer did not ensure at least 3 feet in front of the electrical panel and switch box was clear. The circuit breaker had a tool cabinet and clothing obstructing the panel. This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency.
