The employer had not evaluated employee exposures to reasonably estimate the employee's exposure to respiratory hazards which potentially exposed employees to metal fumes inhalation hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: Maintenance: On and/or before October 10, 2023, employees used a clear liquid which was flammable in an unlabeled secondary container. The employer had not ensured proper warning labels were attached to the secondary containers which potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.
