29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical:  At the worksite located at 1083 Lawrence 2140, Sarcoxie, MO 64862: On or about October 11, 2023, employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Multiple chemical containers did not have identifying labels on them.  a.) An open oil pan located in the middle of the floor in the shop did not have a label. b.) A 2000 mL Erlenmeyer flask with liquid just 600mL in it in the lab was not labeled. c.) A 50 gallon barrel in the plant was not labeled. d.) A large metal bin full of white powder in the plant was not labeled. e.) A black pan on top of a tote labeled Grade Oil 3 in the plant was not labeled.

29 CFR  1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one half-hour:   At the worksite located at 1083 Lawrence 2140, Sarcoxie, MO 64862: On or about Ocotber 11, 2023, employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. An oxygen cylinder was stored directly next to an acetylene cylinder with no protective barrier between them.
