29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii):Where passageways or walkways were provided, obstructions were so placed that the safety of personnel was jeopardized by movements of crane(s)(a): On or about October 5, 2023, the employer failed to ensure that adequate space was provided for personnel to walk and work near the overhead gantry cranes when in operation, including but not limited to the two cranes located in Building #2. Employees are walking in the space between the cranes and outer building wall which included passing between large cement bollards, as well as working with the cylinder machine which is located right up against the buildings outer wall and next to the moving overhead cranes and bollard.
