OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a potential caught-in hazards associated with offloading baggage at the rear of the TLD baggage loader: a) Tarmac, Gate E-2: On or about October 3, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards, in that existing work rules of grooming standards were not being enforced while employees were offloading baggage at the rear of the TLD baggage loader
