29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): a) 6000 N Terminal Pkwy; Gate D3; Atlanta, GA: On or about January 17, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 4 feet to 6.8 feet above a concrete surface, in that the employer did not provide and ensure the use of guard rails or other fall protection on "TLD Group" model NBL belt loaders when employees used the belt loaders as inclined walking surfaces to access the cargo areas of commercial aircraft for the purpose of loading and unloading baggage and other items.
