29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Production Area; on or about October 10, 2023, and times prior to, employees were exposed to chemicals splash hazards, in that, the employer did not ensure that employees required to perform maintenance in and around the chillers and were exposed to corrosive chemicals such as C-120, were provided an eyewash station for immediate emergency use.
