29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) B'Ville Sports Bowl, 45 East Genesee Street, Baldwinsville, NY 13027 - On or about 10/13/23, employees were required to perform maintenance and clearing of jambs on the pin-setting machines. Energy sources were not locked out prior to the equipment being worked on.
