29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets (a):   (a) On or about October 16, 2023, employees conducting roofing work on the south side of an existing roof with a 2:12 pitch, were not wearing fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet from roof to the ground below.
