29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about June 10 2024, at the job site located at W273N2684 Front Street, Pewaukee WI, employees conducting roofing work on an existing residential roof with a 3:12 pitch, were not wearing fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 7 3/10 feet from the roof to the ground below. Baumer Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1703480, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/27/23, with respect to a workplace located at N50W20830 Lisbon Road, Menomonee Falls WI 53051.
