Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards.

At the Catch Basin: Employees used a Milwaukee 4 1/2-inch grinder to grind concrete without any control measures implemented from Table 1-Specified Exposure Control Methods When Working with Materials Containing Crystalline Silica. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards.
