This was most recently documented on October 17, 2023 at 8022 South 184th Terrace, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to protect employees from fall hazards associated with use of A-frame ladders when performing framing construction work.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  The employer is failing to protect employees from eye or face injuries. This was most recently documented on October 17, 2023 at 8022 South 184th Terrace, Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employees used eye protection when using pneumatic nail guns for framing construction work.  Egg Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1605107, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 26, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 21332 A Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.  Egg Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1562766, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 21710 I Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
