29 CFR  1910.138(a): Appropriate hand protection was not used when employee's hands were exposed to hazards such as those from skin absorption of harmful substances; severe cuts or lacerations; severe abrasions; punctures; chemical burns; thermal burns; and harmful temperature extremes.          a) ABE5 Facility -  On or about October 17, 2023, employees while performing apparel unloading, were exposed to heat and fixation spray without the use of gloves. Employees experienced skin irritation, rash and sensitization.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
