29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) At Livingoods, Inc. located at 126 Westside Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322: on or about October 17, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that the employer did not provide an educational program for employees expected to use fire fighting equipment for incipient stage fires.
