Employees were observed actively installing new roofing material, while working approximately 14 feet above ground.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about 10/18/2023, at a residential construction jobsite located at 1233 Grand Canyon Drive, Wentzville, MO., employees were exposed to a fall hazard. The exposed employees were observed using the aluminum extension ladder improperly while climbing on the ladder rungs.
