At a worksite located at 4733 Astral Street, Jacksonville, FL 32205: On or about October 18, 2023, the employer exposed seven employees to eye injury hazards, in that eye protection was not utilized by employees who were operating pneumatic nail guns to nail down roof shingles.

29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a. On a residential roof located at 4733 Astral Street in Jacksonville Florida 32205: On or about October 18, 2023, the employer exposed seven employees to fall hazards in that guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination therein was not utilized while seven employees were installing roofing shingles. Voss Incorporated dba Jack C. Wilson Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1642341, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 3985 Ferrara Street, Jacksonville, FL 32217.
