Employees were exposed to eye injuries: JUAN FLOREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.102 (A) (1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1441861, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 THAT WAS ISSUED ON DECEMBER 2, 2019, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 275 BEAR, WAXAHATCHIE, TX, 75165 THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS DECEMBER 27, 2019.
