29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  (a)	On or about October 18, 2023, employees doing cornice work on a single-family house and were exposed fall hazards to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:      (a)	On or about October 18, 2023, employees doing cornice work on a single-family house using a Metabo nail gun were exposed to eye injuries by not wearing eye protection:              ALVARO LOZANO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.102 (a)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1646584, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM 1 THAT WAS ISSUED ON FEBRUARY 13, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 6038 DETERMINE LANE, FORNEY TX.   THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS MARCH 16, 2023.
