29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the job site located at Parkside reserve lot 20, Olathe, Kansas, 66061; Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to dermatitis and burn hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals, the employer had not developed nor implemented a written hazard communication program to ensure employees are aware of the hazards associated with the chemicals with which they work. Hazardous chemicals used at the site included but were not limited to gasoline and diesel fuel.

At the job site located at Parkside reserve lot 20, Olathe, Kansas, 66061, employees engaged in Framing activities were exposed to dermatitis and burns hazards from exposure to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to Diesel, the employer did not maintain a copy of the required Safety Data Sheet for gasoline and diesel fuel.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access.  At the job site located at Parkside reserve lot 20, Olathe, Kansas, 66061, the employer did not ensure that the ladder employees were utilizing extended at least three rungs approximately 3 feet above the eave of the roof. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to approximately eleven 11.5 feet to the ground.
