29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about October 19, 2023, at the job site located at 3501W Risenger Rd. Fort Worth, employees performing roofing and waterproofing activities without fall protection measures in place were exposed to fall hazards of approximately sixteen (16) feet or greater to the ground below. Heritage One Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1628199, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 100Grindstone Rd. Brock, TX.
