29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the jobsite located at 9799 Shady Bend Circle, Lenexa, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from the eave of the roof to the ground. Fall protection was not utilized and/or provided. Gomez Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1542532, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01-28-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 18801 Alden Lane Olathe, Kansas.
