29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite: On or about October 18,2023, and at times prior the employer exposed employees to falls of 20-feet, 5-inches to the lower level, in that complete and adequate fall protection systems were not provided to employees engaged in new roof shingle installation on a 6/12 pitched roof. Employees were observed working without full body harnesses attached to life-lines or lanyards. Candido Mendez Garcia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1527918, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-11-2021 , with respect to a workplace located at Lot #185 at 225 Calebee Avenue, Senoia, GA 30276.
