29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: At the job site located at 16424 S. Penrose Ln., Olathe, Kansas, 66062, employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet in height from the roof of the residential construction to the ground below. A fall protection system was not in place to keep the employees from falling.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. At the job site located at 16424 S. Penrose Ln., Olathe, Kansas, 66062, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet in height from the roof of residential construction to the ground below. Fall protection training was not provided to the employees working on the jobsite.
