The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.   At the job site located at 16424 S. Penrose Ln., Olathe, Kansas, 66062, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet in height from the roof of residential construction to the ground below. Fall protection training was not provided to the employees working on the jobsite.
