29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  At the construction site located at 4551 Rutgers St., in Maize, KS, employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards in that employee(s) were working at a height of approximately 10 feet without the use of any fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the construction site located at 4551 Rutgers St., in Maize, KS, employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards in that employee(s) were working at a height of approximately 10 feet without the use of any fall protection.  J V Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664680, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 8-18-2023, with respect to a workplace located at 828 East Sunset Ct., in Goddard, Kansas.  J V Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469666, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-15-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1722 Blackstone, Wichita, Kansas.

J V Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1469666, citation number 1, item number 1-a, and was affirmed as a final order on 04-15-2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1722 Blackstone, Wichita, Kansas.
