29 CFR 1910.101(b): The employer did not ensure that the in-plant transfer, handling, storage, and use of acetylene in cylinders complied with the provisions of CGA Pamphlet G-1-2009 ("Acetylene"), which is incorporated by reference as specified in 29 CFR 1910.6: (a) On or around October 23, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire and explosive hazards in that acetylene cylinders used for the cutting torch were not stored separately from the oxygen tanks.
