29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): The ladder extension was positioned such that deflection under a load, by itself, would cause the ladder to slip off its support:  a)  At 22325 Early Dawn Circle, Lot 273 Primland, Foley, Alabama:  On October 24, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
