29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: a. Package Sorting Warehouse: A pallet was leaned on the outside of the exit door obstructing the exit door from opening. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards. b. Storage Warehouse: Adhesive leaked from 5-gallon buckets sealing the exit door closed preventing the door from opening. Employees were exposed to entrapment hazards. Baker International Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1612185, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-18-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 131 J.L. Baker Street Harmon Industrial Park Tamuning, GU 96913.
