29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. Inside of the garage: A Milwaukee angle grinder was used to cut tiles without a guard. Employees were exposed to laceration hazards.
