29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Yard Area: A Makita Ten-inch table saw was operated with a missing automatically adjusting hood. Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. Pacific Island Movers, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.213(r)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1590755, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08-17-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 131 Taitano Road Harmon Road, TAMUNING, GU 96913.
