A) Housekeeping Department: The employer did not obtain safety data sheets (SDS) for hazardous cleaning chemicals used in the workplace, such as Ecolab Oasis 255 SF. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.  B) Maintenance Departments - The employer did not obtain safety data sheets (SDS) for hazardous chemicals used in the workplace, such Kilz All-Purpose Primer, Sherwin Williams Loxon Masonry Coating, and Virginia Alki-Foam Condenser Coil Cleaner.   Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.
