29 CFR  1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:  A) By Comptroller's Office, Back Office area behind Front Desk:  There were two unmounted fire extinguishers placed on the floor.  Employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.  B) Chemical storage area, Housekeeping and Maintenance Area: There was one unmounted fire extinguisher.  Employees were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards.
