On or about October 25, 2023, employees doing framing and sheeting work and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats. Jose Arvizu was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568655, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-25-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 17130 Texas Pistache Dr Dallas Tx.
