On or about November 20, 2023, employees doing framing and sheeting work and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.  Jose Arvizu was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.100, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568655, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-25-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 17130 Texas Pistache Dr  Dallas Tx.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a. On or about November 20, 2023  employees were  doing sheeting work and were exposed to eye injuries by not wearing eye protection while using a pneumatic nail gun and Makita circular saw.   Jose Arvizu was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568655, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-25-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 17130 Texas Pistache Dr Dallas Tx.
