29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: On October 24, 2023, at 14 N 4th ST, Grand Forks, ND 58201, the employer did not ensure protection for employees or subcontractor employees who were exposed to cuts and lacerations from accidental breakage or burns from accidental contact of unguarded light bulbs being used in temporary lighting strings: 1) In the mechanical, electrical room, and alleyway entrances. 2) On the stairway leading from the existing building to the new addition.
