29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: (a) 3800 Center Place Dr. (Premier at West Park), Building #1, Greeley, CO: On and before December 17, 2023 the controlling employer did not ensure that their sub contracted employees were protected from electrical hazards, in that employees were working in and around flex cords and cables passing through doorways. Employees performed electrical-related work at those locations.

29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) 3800 Center Place Dr. (Premier at West Park), Building #1, Greeley, CO: On or before October 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure that each employee working building 1 at ground level was protected from injury in that an employees carrying equipment, supplies and tools were exposed to slips, trip and fall hazards. Flex cords, cables, various pieces of material and debris, saw dust, wood pieces, protruding nails, and trash were located throughout the first floor of building 1.
