29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not appropriately worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. (a) Thompson Thrift Construction at 3800 Centerplace Dr, Greeley, CO 80634: On January 8, 2024, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure the employees of Aspen Contracting were protected from injury, in that employees were exposed to catapult and subsequent fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working from an aerial lift without being secured to the lift.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Thompson Construction, LLC at 3800 Centerplace Dr Greeley, CO 80634: On or about January 9, 2024, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure the employees of J & J Freimen Construction LLC were protected from injury, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards approximately 10 feet while conducting roofing activities without the use of a fall protection systems.
