29 CFR 1926.704(a):Precast concrete wall units, structural framing and tilt-up wall panels were not adequately supported to prevent overturning and to prevent collapse until permanent connections were completed: On or about October 19, 2023, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to crush and struck-by hazards while pouring concrete behind wall panels that were inadequately supported with a single brace to prevent collapse.
