Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about October 26, 2023, eleven roofers employed by Merida Enterprises LLC at the job site located at 509 Forrest Park Dr. in Wentzville Missouri were exposed to fall hazards.  They were not utilizing fall protection such as guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest systems. These roofers were exposed to fall hazards from the roof at approximately 12 feet high from the ground.  Merida Enterprises LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): or its equivalent, which was contained in OSHA inspection #1666236, citation 1, item 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/03/2023 concerning a workplace located at 924 Jenny Lee Drive, PEVELY, Missouri 63070.

On or about October 26, 2023, Merida Enterprises LLC exposed 11 roofers to fall hazards from a roof approximately 12 feet high from the ground, wherein the ladder was not extended three feet beyond the landing surface or edge of the roof at 509 Forrest Park Dr. in Wentzville Missouri.
